Sydney, N.S. — Ryan Rozicki will put both his undefeated professional record and his WBC International Silver Cruiserweight title on the line when he steps back in the ring for a September bout in his hometown.
The 26-year-old Rozicki is set to take on a yet-to-be determined opponent when Three Lions Promotions presents “The Revival” card on Sept. 11 at Centre 200 in Sydney.
“We are scouring the globe to find the best opponent for Ryan and it will be a guarantee that this will be his toughest bout to date,” said Three Lions managing director Daniel Otter.
“It’s very important to build boxing back up in Canada after this pandemic and bring boxing back to Nova Scotia is exactly what is needed.”
After not fighting since February of 2020, Rozicki returned to the ring in April when defeated Montréal’s Sylvera (Sly) Lewis in Vancouver to improve his professional record to 13-0 while retaining his NABA Canadian Cruiser title.
